Strategy and action plan development is an important task for any national, regional and local governments. For us, strategy development is an opportunity for active consultation with stakeholders; a solid analysis of national, regional or local assets; and smart prioritisation. We offer facilitation services for stakeholder consultation, analytical support and prioritisation techniques.
