Managing a project professionally is not a trivial business. For us, the optimal management of environmental projects is a result-oriented process that requires constant attention to the concrete context. It entails active communication with client, stakeholders and beneficiaries; timely delivery; and the highest possible value for money. We have extensive experience in managing complex, multi-country and multi-partner projects.

• Intelligent Cities Challenge 2 (DG GROW) - innovative, multi-million EUR project involving 70 European cities. Focusing on delivering more than 170 Local Green Deals (LGDs) (2022-2025)

• ESPON Improving Local Intermediate Authorities’ crises preparedness and territorial Resilience (ResiLIAnce) (2024-2025)

• Strengthening the resilience of EU border regions: Mapping risks & crisis management tools and identifying gaps (2022-2024), DG Regional and Urban Policy, Team Leader
